RV One, Inc. is a full service repair center for the Motorized, Fifth wheel, Travel trailer, Fold down and Truck Camper market.  We recognize that the industry is overwhelmed with warranty and repair issues.  We offer our repair facilities and trained technicians to fulfill the demand of the repair market.  RV One's service facility focuses on premium quality workmanship at a fair warranty rate.

Our goal is to offer customers a pleasant effective and proficient service repair experience.  Our customers will receive an extensive and detailed walk through to identify their repair needs, frequent updates as needed on the progress of the repairs, detailed work orders, and a follow up questionnaire survey for tracking customer satisfaction.  "Our customer's satisfaction is priority one."

Located in the same area where most of the RV manufacturers are located allows us to purchase from the same suppliers, using original materials, or updated versions, ensuring the same or better quality replacement parts.

David Balser is the founder of RV One.  And as a former Service Manager with the nations largest towable manufacturer (and having prior service experience with other RV manufacturers), David has dealt with agencies such as Foremost, Allstate, State Farm, and Progressive as well as RV Dealerships.  RV One has already established an excellent customer satisfaction base, and we look forward to serving you.
